Notary Services – Receive notary services free of charge at your North County CU branch. Please email or call our Information Center at (858) 487-1880 in advance to schedule an appointment for this service.
Members Home Connection - This real estate assistance program is available only to our members. Through this program, we offer the opportunity to buy or sell a home using an exclusive network of local, experienced real estate agents who promise to give you top-flight service.
When you buy or sell a home through this exclusive network, you automatically receive a 25% rebate of your agent's commission. This can mean thousands of dollars in cash back to you on the sale and/or purchase of a home.

Above examples are based on the participating agent receiving a commission of 3% of the sales price. When the transaction amount is less than $100,000, the rebate amount will be a standard $300.
